All Access Pass FAQs
How does my ALL ACCESS PASS work?
For 12 months (starting from the day that you sign up), you’ll have access to our entire training library (downloadable sessions and live sessions). You’ll also receive each monthly issue of Technology Transfer Tactics, as well as online access to the entire archive of past issues.
As soon as your subscription and payment are received, you’ll receive a login and passcode that will allow you access the training portal.
You are automatically enrolled in each live webinar, so there is no need to register for individual programs. Access instructions for live programs are emailed 48 hours prior to the session.
After the live programs, each webinar is added to the online archive of anytime, on-demand access.
What does my subscription include?
Live webinars: You’ll be instructed how and on what specific date and time to log in. Each session has a portion dedicated to Q&A with the expert(s). You’ll receive one access to each live training event and you can have as many people as you’d like from your office participate.
Downloadable training: These sessions are immediately available for you to stream or download and begin your training. Each On-Demand Video and PDF Transcript is accompanied by the original handouts. Once downloaded, the sessions never expire, and you can view them as many times as you like.
Technology Transfer Tactics monthly issues and archives: Each month you’ll receive the latest information-packed issue via PDF, which you may share throughout your office with all staff. All past issues are also available freely to your organization through your account user name and password. The same is true for past issues of Intellectual Property Marketing Advisor and the information in our subscriber-only online resource center.
University-Industry Engagement Advisor monthly newsletter (Add-on): The monthly newsletter focused on all the critical challenges and opportunities that fall within the holistic approach to industry engagement.
How many people can really attend – are there really no user limits?
Each All Access Pass subscription is per location. Anyone at your location can access the training.
If you would like to have multiple logins from multiple locations to live sessions, or if you’d like to post the downloadable training to your intranet for people from multiple locations to access, then you will need to add a site license option to your subscription.
What is a Site License?
If you have employees located in multiple locations (across town, or around the world) who will be accessing live and archived programs separately, you’ll need to add a Site License option to your All Access Pass subscription. Adding a Site License option will allow you to have as many log in/dial in accesses as you’d like to a live session (regardless of their location), and permit you to make all of the downloadable sessions available to all of your staff regardless of where they are located. What is NOT allowed?
Remember, Tech Transfer Central and our expert presenters own the training materials you’ll be utilizing, both the print materials and recordings. This means you are NOT allowed to distribute the training materials or recordings beyond the scope outlined above. You also may not reproduce or copy them in any way, beyond the scope outlined above. Finally, the log in and passcode you’ll receive should not be shared or utilized by anyone other than those within your organization at your location.
